SNAP in Georgia is run by the Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS). Benefits go onto your Georgia EBT card on a set day each month, between the 5th and the 23rd (DFCS Form 47).

The maximum benefit goes only to households with no countable net income. Most households get less, because SNAP expects about 30% of net income to be spent on food.
